These terms are the deal between you and [ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us") for using Unmonkey, the mobile app and unmonkeyvibes.com. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use Unmonkey.

1. Who can use Unmonkey

You must be 16 or older. When you create an account you confirm that you are. You can browse the feed as a guest; some actions (publishing, the tournament, purchases) need an account.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe and give us true information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Usernames that impersonate other people, the team or the brand, or that are offensive, are not allowed and we may change them.

3. Vibe

Vibe is the in-app points system: you farm it by publishing quotes the community likes, by playing the tournament and by other in-app actions, and you can also receive it from purchases or rewarded ads.

• Vibe has no cash value. It cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Spending vibe never lowers your rank. Rank and leaderboards count only vibe generated by the community. Purchases, ads and Pro never raise your rank or win a tournament.
• If a purchase is refunded, the vibe it gave you is taken back. Your balance can drop to zero but never below it.
• We keep a ledger of every vibe gained or spent. If we find an error or abuse, we may correct the ledger.

4. Purchases, Pro and rewarded ads

• Purchases and the Unmonkey Pro subscription are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply to payment, price, taxes, renewals and refunds. Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account.

• Rewarded ads are optional. Vibe from an ad is credited only after our server confirms the ad was watched, and there is a daily limit.

5. Content you publish

Quotes, counter-quotes, comments, Confessions and roasts that you share are "your content".

• You own it, and you give us a worldwide, free licence to host, show, adapt for display (for example as a share card) and distribute it inside and around Unmonkey, for as long as it is on the service.
• You promise that you have the right to publish it and that it follows the community rules.
• We check everything users write with an automatic filter before it is public, and Confessions also get a human review. We can refuse, hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the community rules.
• Report, block, contact: every quote and comment has a one-tap report, you can block other users, and you can write to us at the contact below.
• Anyone can report content; if enough people report something it may be hidden until a person reviews it.

6. The tournament

Each week 16 quotes compete in a bracket. How quotes are picked, how winners are decided and how vibe is paid follows the rules shown in the app. We may change the schedule or fix a tournament that was affected by a bug or by cheating.

7. AI features

Roast my stack uses AI to write a roast from the choices you make. Roasts are for fun, may be wrong or silly, and are private to you until you choose to share them. Sharing is your decision and your responsibility.

8. What you must not do

• Break the law or the community rules.
• Cheat: use several accounts to farm vibe, automate votes, exploit bugs, or buy and sell accounts.
• Try to break, scan or overload the service, or read data that is not yours.
• Pretend to be someone else, or try to find out who wrote a Confession.

9. Ending things

You can delete your account inside the app. We delete or anonymise your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Our responsibility
